This Privacy Policy explains how MANIE (Abdelrahman Ahmed Manie, an individual/sole proprietor based in Egypt) collects, uses, and protects personal data through this website. It applies to every visitor who browses the site or submits an inquiry through it.
Data we collect
When you fill in any inquiry or contract form on this site, we collect: your name, phone number, email (if provided), company name (if applicable), country, and the project details you share with us, along with any document you optionally upload (such as a commercial registration). We never request payment details or sensitive data through these forms.
How we use your data
We use the data you submit to contact you, assess whether your project fits our services, schedule consultations, and deliver any service you've engaged us for. We never sell your data to any third party or use it for any purpose unrelated to your request.
Cookies and advertising technologies
We use one essential cookie to sign the site owner into the dashboard. When any ad-performance measurement tool (Meta, Google, TikTok, or Snapchat) is enabled from the dashboard, those platforms place their own cookies on your device to measure ad-campaign effectiveness; a hashed (not plain-text) version of your phone number or email — when either is part of an inquiry you submitted — is also sent directly from our servers to Meta (Conversions API) solely for conversion measurement, with no other data shared. We also keep a note in your browser of how you reached us (such as the ad link or search engine) and attach it to your request when you submit one, solely to understand which channels our clients come from.
Parties we share limited data with
We rely on trusted service providers to run this site: Neon for database hosting, Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery, and Google solely for the site owner's dashboard sign-in. When enabled, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat are also used for ad-performance measurement as described above. Your data is not shared with anyone else.
Data retention and your rights
We keep your inquiry data for the duration of our engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

Manie Academy
This policy also covers the learning platform at academy.abdelrhmanmanie.com. When you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and profile picture, and we ask for your WhatsApp number plus a few questions about your background (for example business owner or beginner marketer), your level and your learning goal. We store your lesson progress, exam results and written answers. We use this data to run the platform, grade your answers and email you the result through Resend, tell you about new courses, and, where relevant, contact you about our services. Platform data is hosted on Cloudflare, and Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are used for measurement as described above. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time via the email above.
