This site offers performance-marketing consulting and ad-campaign management, through several tracks: a short paid consultation, a technical consultation to resolve an existing advertising issue, a hybrid contract with a 3-month minimum, or freelance work on a defined project.
How engagement works
After you submit an inquiry, it is reviewed and you're contacted to determine the right track. Final commercial details — scope of work, pricing, and timeline — are agreed directly between you and Abdelrahman Ahmed Manie before any work begins; this page is not itself a binding commercial offer.
Scheduling and payment
Consultation slots are booked through the system shown on the site and are subject to manual confirmation. Payment details (amount, method, refund policy) are agreed specifically for each service at the time of engagement and are not set by this page.
No guarantee of specific results
Performance marketing depends on variables outside our full control (ad-platform policies, market conditions, competition). We commit to professional best effort, but we do not guarantee a specific numeric outcome (such as a lead count or return percentage) unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
Any business information you share with us is treated as strictly confidential and is never published or used as a public case study without your explicit consent. The content and methodology used to deliver the service remain the intellectual property of Abdelrahman Ahmed Manie unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability and governing law
The platform is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Egypt.
